Delete your Sodalis account

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to Sodalis on your phone or at https://app.sodalis.sg.
2. Open the account menu, then Notifications and privacy.
3. Optional: choose Download my data to keep a copy.
4. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you are the last Parish Admin of a parish, appoint another Parish Admin first. The app will tell you if this applies.

Without the app

Email privacy@sodalis.sg from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your profile, sign-in, notes, saved items, devices and notification preferences.
• Kept, without your name: content you shared with others (prayers, ideas, comments, team posts) stays and shows as "Former member". Moderation audit entries are kept for safeguarding, with your name replaced.
• Mentoring pairings you were part of end. Their messages are removed 12 months after the pairing ends.
